FPT Software plans to hire 4,000 employees in 2015

In the exchange program between students and enterprises on January 8 at the University of Foreign Languages, Vietnam National University (VNU), Deputy General Director of FPT Software Do Van Khac said that in recent years the company has an average increase of 30% in human resources. At present, FPT Software possesses over 7,000 employees, more than 700 of whom are working in foreign countries and more than 2,000 onsite turns. The company has three large campuses in Hanoi, HCM City and Da Nang.

To meet the growth and major opportunities, Deputy General Director of FPT Software stated that the company expected to hire about 4,000 employees. “Not only IT students but also students in other majors such as economics, foreign languages and finance - banking have the opportunity to join FPT Software”, said he.

According to Mr. Khac, foreign language students could become lecturers of the unit. As FPT Software was promoting global integration, foreign languages play an important role in the journey to conquer new markets. Candidates with good foreign language skills can be marketers with the opportunity to work across the globe in competitive environments.

In the exchange program between students and enterprises is jointly held by Student Support Center of VNU and Vietnam Student News. The program was organized with the desire to open up direct dialogues about professional experience and career opportunities of major corporations at home and abroad for VNU students.
