FPT Software signs strategic cooperation agreement with Vietnam Partners

Washington D.C. June 25th, 2008, during the visit of Vietnam's Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung to the United States of America, FPT Software signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Vietnam Partners in the presence of the Prime Minister and both Vietnamese and American government officials.

Pursuant to the agreement, Vietnam Partners will become FPT Software's strategic partner, helping FPT Software in its marketing and client searching efforts in the US in software outsourcing; with focus on East Coast finance, banking, and insurance institutions.

This business development channel is expected to help FPT Software rake in 1 million USD in 2008, 3 million USD in 2009, and 5 million USD in 2010. This is an important stepping stone for FPT Software in its business development strategy in the US.

Vietnam Partners and FPT Software agreed to discuss the establishment of a joint venture with headquarters in New York in 2008. The two sides will also discuss Vietnam Partner's assistance in helping FPT Software to list on the NASDAQ.
