FPT Software to cooperate with Institute of Post and Telecommunications in career direction and training

On May 13, Head of Resource Assurance Department of FPT Software, Pham Tu Cuong and Dean of IT Department (Institute of Post and Telecommunications) Tu Minh Phuong, signed the cooperation agreement on career development and training scheme.

According to this agreement, the two sides will jointly organize seminars to introduce job opportunities, professional procedures, company culture, recruitment and career consultation for IT students within the Institute.

FPT Software will arrange visits to the company to help students with better idea on the real working environment. The two sides will also develop this scheme into an extra activity for students before graduation.

The students will be invited to meetings with experts on technology and opportunities for internship and employment. Particularly, FPT expects to provide internship and on-the-job-training for 80 senior students in four months before their graduation.

The program belongs to the scheme to develop and maintain good relationship with IT training organizations, especially leading IT schools in Vietnam such as Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Institute of Post and Telecommunications, FPT University, Technology University and Military Engineering University to get sufficient data on students and training quality.
