This is the first award to be organized on an annual basis by the National Committee for International Economic Cooperation, the Voice of Vietnam, the Vietnam Union of friendship organizations, and the Vietnam Civilization Magazine.
The evaluation process of the Judging Council lasted from November 2009 to January 2010.
The award presentation shall be taking place at ten tomorrow morning at 58 Quan Su, Hanoi and be simultaneously on air on VTV1.
