FPT Technology Solution Co. Ltd. established
On November 1, FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh signed the resolution to establish FPT Technology Solution Company Limited and repurchase the warrant bonds issued by FPT in 2009.

FPT Board of Directors agreed to buy about 1,000 warrant bonds issued in 2009 and authorized the Chairman to decide the detailed repurchase plan. The Board disclosed that this repurchase was to optimize its current cash- in- hand.
The Board also approved plan to establish FPT Technology Solutions Company with charter capital of VND 40 billion, specializing in research and providing general technology solutions for the public service sector.
Mr. Do Cao Bao is will chair the company with Mr. Pham Minh Tuan a its Chief Executive Officer. The managerial hierarchy of FPT Technology Solutions includes Chairman, CEO and Supervisor.
By founding FPT Technology Solution Company, FPT Group aims to boost technological research and development and improve competitive strength for sustainable development in the future.
