FPT Telecom changes call center number

Commencing on January, 6, 2010, FPT Telecom Joint Stock Company shall officially employ the new phone number which is 7300 2222. The phone number 7300 8888 shall be the technical supporting call center of the company.

The number 7300.2222 is used for official contact among departments, member companies and customers.

The number 7300.8888 is the Call Center for technical support of FPT Telecom. For trouble-shooting, customer dials 7300.8888 then:

Key 0: to meet the teller
Key 2: for technical support via phone
Key 5: for error report
Key 6: for instruction to send error report SMS
Key 7: for information on subscription and post subscription (applied for the South)
