FPT Trading Group to organize Annual Shareholder Meeting on 13th March 2010
The Annual Shareholder Meeting 2010 of FPT Trading Group Joint Stock Company (FPT Trading Group) shall be held at 8:30 on 13th March in the grand meeting room, 3rd floor, Viglacera Building, No. 1 Lang Hoa Lac, Tu Liem, Hanoi.

The Meeting shall review the Report of the Board of Management and the Financial Statement 2009 of the Board of Directors, approving the reports by the Supervisory Board, report on capital allocation and benefit distribution in 2009; substitution of member of the Management Board and Supervisory Board; the list of auditors for 2010 and the budget and salary of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board.
Shareholders in Hanoi area shall attend the video conference with counterparts in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Can Tho.
