FPT train e- ticketing business
In November, more than 400 employees of Vietnam Railway were instructed how to perform operations on the e-ticketing system by FPT IS experts.

The training is planned in the preparation roadmap for deploying the new ticketing system nationwide on November 21st. Accordingly, FPT IS did training for more than 120 officers in Hanoi from November 3th to 5th.
Director of Railway Solution Center under FPT IS Bui Thanh Binh and some experts of the Vietnam Railways Corporation did a joint training exercise. After the program, the VNR officers highly appreciated the convenience for ease-of-use and the readiness for a large-scale deployment.
A similar program was held respectively in Da Nang and HCMC on November 6-7 and November 10-12. Earlier, FPT IS also held a test named Gorilla Test in the presence of the leaders from the two parties.
The project providing services for the "E-ticketing system of Vietnam Railways Corporation" was kicked off by FPT IS in July. During the period from August to October, the unit completed the construction.
Under the contract, FPT will provide servers and equipment to support VNR to sell tickets online. In return, FPT will get a certain percentage of online ticket sales.
The VND 197 billion project will be completed in three stages over a period of seven years. It is expected that the system will be installed at all stations in the country over six years.
