FPT University Admission Board would like to announce April 2009 enrollment program for Information Technology Engineering in English and Japanese as follows:
Nearly 10 thousand students attended FPT University’s April 2008 enrollment
1. Eligible applicants are high school graduates/will graduate in 2009.
2. Members of national team, or first, second, third place winners of national Olympics in the areas of mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology and computing for 12th graders are exempted.
3. All applicants, unless exempted, must take part in the examination held on Sunday April 26 2009. Examination content: multiple choice mathematics and logical thinking (in Vietnamese) in 120 minutes, essay writing (in Vietnamese) in 60 minutes.
4. The University plans to grant 40 – 60 full and partial scholarships to outstanding students, those with nationally recognized achievements or high-scorer on the University’s entrance examination.
5. Starting 2009, beside the Preferential Credit program for students (made possible with the help of Tiên Phong Bank), FPT University will officially set up the “Invest with you” financial program whereby students with outstanding report cards and whose family has financial difficulties can take out loans for 50 – 90% of tuition fees, with obligated repayment upon graduation equivalent to 4.5% of students’ annual income.

7. To become an official student of the University, students must first pass the examination on April 26, 2009 and score at least average in the categories of A, B, D1 to D6 on the college examination test held by the Ministry of Education and Training.
8. In 2009, FPT University will hold training at two of its institutions in Hanoi and Hochiminh City (HCMC).
9. FPT University will continue its commitment to ensuring high salary for all students of class V upon graduation.
