FPT University hold the First Students’ Vovinam Championship in Northern Vietnam
Student athletes from 20 universities and colleges will participate in the First Students’ Vovinam Championship in Northern Vietnam held in the Hoa Lac campus of FPT University from June 6 to 8.

The student athletes rivaled in combating and demonstration games. 19 sets of medals will be presented for combating games and 6 sets for demonstration games.
Vovinam Championship is annually held by FPT University. This year, for the first time, FPT University organized the competition throughout the Northern Vietnam to create a healthy and meaningful playground for students, aiming to expand the teaching, learning and training of Vovinam in universities around the country.
Vovinam – the traditional martial art is developed by Vietnamese. At FPT University, Vovinam is considered a compulsory subject for all students. It is also the largest dojo of Vovinam in Vietnam with more than 10,000 permanent disciples.
