FPT University launch Math Contest via Internet ViOlympic
In the morning of September 26, FPT University in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Training launched the Math Contest via Internet ViOlympic at Ban Mai Primary School, Ha Dong, Hanoi.

At the launching ceremony, the leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training reported the result in 2013-2014 academic year, giving tasks of the new school year and launching the Math Contest via Internet.
The competition still consists of 19 compulsory rounds. The first round named the math test in Vietnamese was officially opened nationwide on September 5. With unique forms of tests, students in grades 1 -12 experience interesting math solutions, close to the curriculum.
Math Contest via Internet ViOlympic began to be held in 2008. This is the seventh year the Ministry of Education and Training in collaboration with FPT has held the competitions on website violympic.vn in order to promote IT application at schools as well as create conditions for students to know how to exploit knowledge on Internet for learning. Since 2009, the competition has attracted more than 13 million members, spreading to 673 districts and 61 provinces and cities across the country.
Earlier, on Sep 12, the contest was launched in HCMC. The organizers will continue to hold the launching ceremony in Thua Thien - Hue on October 3.
