FPT University opens career assistance center for students.

According to Dr. Le Truong Tung, Director of FPT University , in order to create a strong bond between the training activity with enterprises’ demand for human resources and to help students find a good job, the university is preparing to establish its Corporate Relation Center.

Dr. Tung also disclosed that the university was developing a cooperation framework with entrepreneurs consisting of five main ideas. After coming into operation, the center is responsible for implementing this framework with domestic and foreign companies, especially multi-national corporations.

The FPT University’s leader shared that though employment was not the most preferred issue for FPT students, the university’s leadership still defined the most important task of the Corporate Relation Center is to create a link among entrepreneurs to create jobs for students.

As estimated, to date, there have been more than 700 graduates from FPT University, most of whom have been employed right after receiving their bachelor degree with an average salary of 7.2 million per month or chosen to continue their higher education.

In addition to the establishment plan of the Corporate Relation Center, FPT University is in preparation to establish a company acting as a “nurturing garden” to support students to realize their business dreams through providing them fund and management assistance.
