FPT University to host ACM trial version

In preparation of the regional ACM/ICPC contest in Phuket- Thailand in early November, Vietnam Association for Information Processing (VAIP for short) will collaborate with FPT University to organize the trial version of the competition and meeting with ACM/ICPC Vietnam before the departure of Vietnam team to Phuket.

FPT University shall prepare rooms, which are equipped with PC 2 9.x and VPN connection for online competition and printers available to print the debugging result and PJ for result transmission.

According to the Organization board, the trial competition is to help Vietnamese students with the feeling of comfort and self-confidence and the spirit of unity before the official contest. The trial competition shall be held on 31^st October, which will last for four hours from 7h30 - 11h30 (the standard duration is five on-going hours with 8 contents.)

The competition shall be participated by eleven teams, seven of which are from Hanoi (three of FPT University, two of College of Technology, one of Foreign Trade University and one of Hanoi University of Technology); three from Ho Chi Minh City and one from Da Nang City (candidates from Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang City shall compete online.)
