FPT University will organize admission consulting sessions for the short-list exam in August 2009

At the admission consulting sessions, candidates and their parents’ questions will be answered and they will have chances to directly talk to the representatives of the school management board about concerned issues.

Guests will also be given instruction documents about the short-list exam on August 09, 2009, scholarship programs, preferential credit programs, financial support programs for students…

Especially, at the end of the consulting sessions, candidates will have opportunities to do the trial tests for the short-list exam at FPT University (at the Open Day sessions in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City).

Previously, at the short-list exam on April 26, 2009, the acceptable score level for entering FPT University is 58/105 points, the score level for chances to be interviewed for scholarship is 88/105 points. Candidates achieving 73 points or higher will have opportunities to be interviewed to participate in financial support programs for students.

FPT University’s short-list exam in April 2009 attracted nearly 7000 candidates from 64 provinces and cities in Vietnam. With the announced acceptable score level, there have been 2713 candidates passing the short-list exam of FPT University.

Among them, 403 candidates having enough score points to be interviewed for participation into the preferrential credit program and the “Invest with you” program. 136 excellent candidates would be considered for full and half scholarships during 4 years of studying at this university.

In order to officially become a student of FPT University, candidates’ score in the university entrance exam organized by Ministry of Education and Training must be at least equal to the floor score (except those in international Olympic teams).
