FPT won 5 big awards on training quality at Aptech World Leadership Summit 2010
At the Aptech World Leadership Summit 2010 taking place on January 13th and 14th, 2010 in Jaipur – India, FPT’s training system, including FPT International Programmer Training Center (FPT-Aptech) and FPT Arena Multi- media Artistic Training Center , won five big “Business Excellence Awards”, three of which were “Academic Excellence Awards” for training quality.

The Global Conference of Aptech is periodically organized once two years with the participation of more than 3,000 centers in 52 nations for training with Aptech’s programs and this is the fifth consecutive time, training centers of FPT have been honored for the awards.
The Academic Excellence Awards are considered based on many criteria, including the number of learners, training quality in accordance with international process, standardized lecturer quality, high rate of trainees getting job, study supporting and study encouraging services.
One of the important criteria to win the “Academic Excellence Award” is to fully apply training technology systems, such as Portal E-learning, for students during study and examination process in accordance with global Aptech standards.
For the past 10 years, since its establishment in September 1999, FPT training system – the Master Franchisee of Aptech in Vietnam, including FPT-Aptech and FPT-Arena, has been trusted by students nationwide for training quality, skills, professional quality, soft skills, practical working experience and job support and simultaneously received great trust from personnel recruitment partners and maintained high appreciation from membership countries in Aptech Worldwide community for Vietnam.
By 2010, FPT will introduce international standard training processes “Outcome – Based Training”, which focuses on students and puts students’ working results as the first priority.
Students of FPT-Aptech and FPT-Arena will be further trained and granted degrees of FPT University and Aptech Program for contents such as soft skill; English for special purpose, participation in “On the Job Training” practice course in enterprises which helps students integrate well into working environment after graduation.
This is FPT’s big investment in graduation students to meet strict recruitment requirements of the market, and to contribute, along with students’ efforts, to making Vietnam’s software industry more developing.
