FPT won high awards at the ASEAN ICT 2012
The FPT.eHospital and FPT.eGov developed by FPT Information System, representing Vietnam, won gold and silver awards respectively at the ASEAN ICT Awards 2012 (AICTA).

Vietnam has created a strong impression when both the norminated software were highly awarded and became one of the two nations with the best achievement in this year award. The award presentation took place within the framework of the ASEAN’s 12th Miniterial Meeting of Telecommunication and Information Technology in the Philippines on November 15.
Accordingly, Vietnam achieved the Gold medal for FPT.eHospital (the software solution for private sector) and the Silver one for the FPT.eGov (the software solution for public sector)
The AICTA 2012 had been taking place since August, attracting the participation of 73 products, which were divided into five categories including:Public Sector (16 competing products); Private Sector (16 products); Corporate Social Responsibility (12 products); Digital Content (16 products) and Start-up Company (13 products).
The two software of Vietnam were highly appreciated by the judge panel which comprises twenty members representing the Ministry of Information and Communication of ten ASEAN countries.
General Director Duong Dung Trieu of FPT IS expressed his proud to attend and receive high attention at such prestigious award presentation like AICTA 2012. He said that by meeting all the award criteria, the software solutions developed by FPT IS are highly applicable not only in Vietnam but also in the international market.
FPT.eHospital is recently used by more than 50 large hospitals in Vietnam, serving about 75,000 outpatients and 50,000 inpatient each day. The solution has been chosen by a number of international hospitals such as VinMec International Hospital and City International Hospital after undergoing strict assessment and comparison with similar solutions from foreign competitors.
FPT.eGov has been contributing to the effective administration of 22 out of 63 provinces and cities with over 600 state agencies at provincial, district, and communial levels.
