FPT's imprints in 15 years of globalization

Operating in many countries around the world with thousands of staffs and earning hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue are the initial results of FPT in the journey to conquer the world.

FPT has had 15 years of globalization.

Here are the numbers FPT achieved during its sailing to the sea:

3 is the number of times FPT has launched globalization. In 1998, FPT came to a determination of globalization with software export as focus. The second wave of globalization started in 2006 with slogan of WEGUC (Wimax; Embedded; Global; University and City). In 2013, the third wave of globalization was launched at Strategic Conference in Dai Lai, Vinh Phuc with strong spread to each member company.

15 years is the time for FPT to deploy globalization so far.

USD 10 million is the value of the largest ever foreign contract of FPT. This contract of FPT IS is deployed in Cambodia. The second largest contract deployed by FPT Software is worth of USD 8 million.

14 is the number of countries FPT presents on the road to globalization. They include Laos, Cambodia, Japan, USA, France, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, UK, Myanmar, Vietnam and Germany.

20% of foreign students and lecturers is targeted by FPT University by 2015.

30% is the average growth rate of global revenue in past three years.

100 is the number of top global service providers jointly evaluated and declared by Global Services (India) and NeoGroup (the U.S.). In 2012 and 2013, FPT Software was named to Global Services 100 list. The Global Services 100 analytical model is based on four key criteria including performance and leadership, quality and maturity of customers, breadth of services offered, and spread of global delivery capabilities.

USD 120 million is the global revenue of FPT in 2013, nearly 90 % of which is contributed by FPT Software.

300 is the number of FPT’s onsite staffs.

1,000 is the number of members of the World Economic Forum (WEF). FPT became its Foundation Member in 2011. WEF’s members are typical companies around the globe, the leading organizations in their fields in the countries.

8,000 is the number of engineers knowing Japanese FPT Software needs to achieve the goal of USD 200 million in revenue from Japan by 2017.

USD1 billion is targeted by FPT Corp in the third launch of globalization.
