FPT’s global revenue up 28% after first seven months
Software exports and telecommunications continue becoming highlights of FPT’s business result after the first 7 months.

FPT earned the total revenue of VND 17,944 billion, increasing by 22% compared to the same period last year and finishing 108% of the 7-month plan. Global strategy of FPT got the good result. After 7 months, the consolidated revenue from foreign markets was VND 1,740 billion, up 28% compared to the same period in 2013.
Pre-tax profit reached VND 1,398 billion, completing 98% of the 4-month plan. Profit-after-tax was VND 1,179 billion and profit-after-tax of holding company was VND 887 billion, increasing 1% compared to the same period of the prior year. Earning per share (EPS) was VND 2,581.
Software export‘s revenue maintained steady growth, increasing by 21% over the same period, reaching 97% of 7-month plan. Telecommunications also witnessed an increase of 16% compared to the same period, completing 106% of 7-month plan.
Recently, FPT Corporation’s the Board of Directors approved the plan to make 2014 first payment of cash dividend at a rate of 10 percent. Accordingly, this dividend payment will be made in September.
