FTI wins contract with major partner

Recently, in an finance - banking event in Hanoi, Mr. Raman Roy, Chairman and CEO of Quatrro the leading company in the field of business process outsourcing (BPO)announced its formal presence in Vietnam market with FPT Telecom International Co.under FPT Telecom in order to provide payment processing services and IT services for financial institutions in Vietnam.

According to Doan Dang Khoa, Deputy BusinessDirector of FTI, besides set Data Center, FTI also deployed the following services: hardware: servers, network equipment; connection between Quatrro’sData Center at FPT and their offices in Vietnam (expected to be completed in July.

"We are in negotiation with Quatrro on service package including management system, call center and customer support," Nguyen Chi Ha Hai, head of Online Data Services (ODS) of FTI, said. "This is a major partner among top 10 of FTI".

Quatrro Processing Services Pte Ltd. (QPS) is the representative of Quatrro Global Services Pvt. Ltd. Specializing in payment processing services and IT services. To prepare for its presence in Vietnam, QPS has established two data centers in FTI, one in Hanoi and another in HCM City. The data centers located at FPT Telecom meets Tier-3 standards certified for ISO 27001. The Service Processor of Quatrro is one of the first processors in the world certified PCI DSS 3.0.
