As reported by FPT Human Resources Department (FHR), in 20 12, there were 1 4 , 912 people working for the company, increasing 1 . 2 4 percent when compared to the prior year, in which the ratio of men to women was 1 . 76.

In FPT, the number of male employees is 1.76 time higher than female ones.
The total number of men working for the company was 9 , 524 , accounting for 64% , whereas, that of women was 5 , 388 and accounted for the rest 3 6% , making the ratio of men to women 1 . 76, higher than that of 1. 67 in 2011.
There were 4 , 737 employees at the age of under 25 ( accounting for 3 1 . 77%) . The number of employees aging from 25 to 30, 31 to 40 and 41 to over 50 is 6,133 (41.13%), 3,635 (24.38%) and 306 (2.73%), respectively.
In regard of education background, there were 9,371 people with university degrees, 483 with higher education, 4,803 with high school certificates and about 2% of not-available- education reference.
