Indonesian students to study at FPT University

Early August, Indonesia’s Deputy Minister in charge of vocational training of the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration Abdul Wahab Bangkona, visited and worked with FPT University (FU). Both the sides discussed their cooperation in high-quality human resources training for Indonesia.

Deputy Minister Abdul Wahab Bangkona highly appreciated FU’s training courses with practice-oriented content as well as working ability of FPT students after their graduation. He was impressed by the fact that up to 99% of FPT students has been employed only within three months after graduation.

Both the sides discussed a number of issues in FU’s cooperative HR training for Indonesia. Specifically, it was expected that the first Indonesian students would be study and practice at FU in October. The curriculum of these students including study at FU and internship at FPT Cooperation’s member companies was planned to last for 4 months.

Currently, FPT University has welcomed a plenty of international students from many countries such as Japan, Germany, France, Thailand, Myanmar, Nigeria, South Korea, and North Korea for study and exchange.
