After the first 11 months, FPT earned the total revenue of VND 30,857 billion, increasing by 24% compared to the same period last year and finishing 110% of the 11-month plan, primarily driven by growth from Software Export (up 37%), Telecommunications (up 19%), Distribution (up 22%) and Retail (80%). Especially, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus distributed since November 14 increased FPT Trading’s iPhone revenue to VND 655 billion in November alone, approximately 5 times higher than the figure in previous months.
In the first eleven months, pre-tax revenue reached VND2,269 billion, an increase of 1 per cent compared to the same period last year. After-tax profit reached VND1.48 trillion up 7 per cent. Earning per share (EPS) was VND 4,323, an increase of 7% compared to the same period.
Foreign markets continue to drive sales and profits thanks to the group’s expansion efforts and M&A strategy. Revenue from foreign markets was 3,216 billion ($152 million), up 41 per cent compared to the same period last year. Pre-tax revenue, meanwhile, was VND527 billion up 14 per cent.

Nikkei Asian Review released the list of ASEAN 100, including the biggest publicly traded companies in Southeast Asia paid attention to and regularly reported. FPT became the only IT representative of Vietnam to be named in the list.

Vietnam Report has just unveiled the list of the 500 largest enterprises (500 VNR). Accordingly, FPT is ranked 3rd in the 10 largest private enterprises. This is the 8th year the Corp has been named in the list.

FPT target 10,000 bridge system engineers for Japanese market
On November 10, at the ninth anniversary of the establishment of FPT Japan, FPT announced its two strategies in the presence of high-level leaders from 21 Japanese companies and corporations.
Accordingly, from now until 2018, FPT aims to train 10,000 bridge system engineers (BrSE) in order to help FPT in particular and Vietnam's IT companies in general have enough capacity for IT Outsourcing from Japan, as well as aid Japanese companies in getting more young IT engineers.
FPT open the greatest office in the U.S.
In the morning of November 11, FPT officially opened its 500 m2 office in Los Angeles, the U.S. The largest office of FPT in the U.S. accommodating 70 people aims to achieve growth targets of projects for DTV and other customers.
FPT Software deploy DMS for IBTC Myanmar
FPT Software signed a contract to deploy eMobiz DMS Solid for IBTC International Beverages Trading Company Limited (IBTC) accounting for 80% market share in manufacturing, trading and distribution of whiskey in Myanmar. The contract will last 9 months from December 9th.
174,693 e-tickets sold out within 11 days
After 11 days of selling online train tickets for Tet holiday from December 1st to 11th, 120,620 tickets were sold via the system built by FPT IS for VNR, accounting for 69% of 174,693 sold tickets. Thus, about 11,000 tickets per day were purchased via the website www.dsvn.vn.
FPT provide IT system for Deposit Insurance of Viet Nam
On November 26th, FPT Information System Company Ltd. (FPT IS) signed a contract to provide IT system for Deposit Insurance of Viet Nam. The package will be implemented within 22 months from December 2014 to October 2016.
FPT IS build bus management software in HCMC
On November 5, the launching ceremony of Package No. 5 under the project to "establish bus management and information system in HCM” built by FPT IS took place at the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transportation and Communication. It is expected that the package will be handled within 8 months.
FPT IS win APICTA Awards 2014
With the personnel and wage management software FPT.iHRP, FPT Information System Company (FPT IS) won the second prize at a ceremony of Asia Pacific Information Communication Technology Alliances (APICTA) Award 2014, becoming the only Vietnamese enterprise to gain this achievement.

FPT Telecom run two branches within 1 month
In the morning of April November 25, FPT Telecom opened a branch in Binh Phuoc. The 8th branch is also the final one of the company in South-eastern region.
Previously, on November 1st, FPT Telecom also opened a branch in Tra Vinh, the 13th one in Southwest Region and the 58th one across the country.
Three leading Japanese Internet corporations invest in Sen Do
On December 5th, Sen Do JSC under FPT Corporation announced its cooperation with three leading Japanese Internet firms in including SBI Holdings, Econtext ASIA and BEENOS. Accordingly, the three will hold 33% of shares in Sen Do.

FPT launch the first Smartphone running Windows Phone
The first Smartphone branded FPT running Windows Phone 8.1 OS - FPT Win was released on November 17.
FPT Trading launch iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus in Vietnam
In the morning of November 14, FPT Trading held the launching ceremony of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus branded Apple. This is the first event to introduce iPhone in Vietnam to be held by a domestic distributor.
