IT enterprises recruit at FPT University

Sixteen major IT companies in Vietnam offered hundreds of job opportunities for FPT students during the FU Career Day, held at its headquarters in Detech Building on July 27.

Representatives of 16 leading IT companies in Vietnam participated in FU Career Day on July 27.

Participating in the FU Career Day, FPT Software gave job opportunities for FPT University students as well as chose potential fighters for their next big battles. FPT Software Representative highly appreciated the abilities of FPT students including knowledge, foreign language and soft skills.

"FPT students are being warmly welcomed by IT Corporations due to their knowledge, soft skills and better foreign language", said Mrs. Nguyen Phuong Thao, Representative of the Human Resources in FPT IS.

The FU Career Day was aimed at enabling students to get both overall view and details of the job market, recruitment trends and requirements of today's IT industry. CEOs along with senior personnel from such prestigious IT companies as FPT Software, Rikkei Soft, and Smart OSC shared much useful information with students.

Besides offering a solution for the human resources problem of IT industry, FPT University has partnered businesses in curriculum development to get training that meets their current needs.

In 2012, receiving feedback from businesses, FPT University launched more narrow specializations as well as new trends in IT industry such as Cloud Computing, Mobile Programming, and Japanese Bridge Engineer.
