Japan FPT Software Company celebrated 2nd anniversary of branch in Japan
Tokyo November 27th 2007, Japan FPT Software Company Ltd, celebrated 2nd anniversary of legal entity foundation in Japan. The event was organized at Asakasa Prince Hotel – one of activities of the Vietnamese business delegations to Japan on the occasion of the official visit to Japan paid by the President of State of Vietnam – Mr. Nguyễn Minh Triết, from 25th to 29th November 2007.

The event was participated and delivered a remark by Vietnam Minister of Science and Technology - Mr. Hoàng Văn Phong and representatives of the government of Vietnam, Japan Ministry of Economics and Industry (METI), Japan Trade Promotion Organization (JETRO), Japan Information Technology Services Association (JISA) and more than 100 representatives from Japanese entrepreneurs and customers.
Japan FPT Software Company officially established its legal entity in November 13th 2005, committing to long-term investment in the market.
FPT Software Company Ltd., is 100% funded by FPT Software (a member of FPT Corporation). More than two-year operations in Japan market, Japan FPT Software gained 5 folder volume growth than previous year. To the end of third quarter 2007, among FPT Software’s volumes, Japan market holds more than USD 10 million, accounting for 54% and mostly it was made by Japan FPT Software. It is expected as late of 2007, revenues from Japan market done by FPT Software will be USD 16 million, 90% growth rate against 2006.
