Launching Balanced Score Card (BSC) 2013
The launching ceremony of the FPT Balanced Score Card (BSC) Project was organized and chaired by its Director Bui Quang Ngoc on January 24.

The launching was attended by BSC implementation and communication teams from subsidiaries in the Northern and Southern regions via the company’s modern tele-presence system.
Project Manager Nguyen Hoang Minh, who is also the QA Manager of FPT Corporation, presented the procedure of monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Accordingly, each BSC staff of member company is responsible for preparing monthly report for its management. The quarterly and annual reports then are prepared by management board of member companies and reviewed and approved by FPT leaders.
One of the core tasks of the BSC project is to build a comprehensive information system to collect data and report in this second quarter. Commencing on the third quarter, all the performance of the OneFPT strategy through the BSC result of the entire company will be displayed clearly on the Dashboard.
The implementation of the BSC methodology is an effort to improve corporate governance of FPT Corporation in general and its subsidiaries in particular. In this method, all the employees can contribute to the success of the OneFPT strategy.
