Launching FPT Document Services Company
On October 13, FPT Document Services (FDS) was established. Specializing in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), it will focus on the U.S. and Europe markets in the short term.

According to FDS Director Nguyen Anh Quan, until now FPT only focuses on exporting software outsourcing without a policy to meet the needs for other business processes outsourcing such as accounting, payroll and bank account opening and credit personal loans.
According to Mr. Quan, as these processes do not require high professionals but productivity and accuracy, large organizations tend to have all or part of them deployed.
Launching this company, FPT has the advantage of the large number of customers bringing about $ 100 million in annual revenue. These are also potential customers of FDS during startup.
"In Vietnam, the large customers of FPT IS such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, governmental bodies are also potential customers in great demand for outsourcing services of FDS. The company plans to get 400 staffs by 2014 and about $ 2 million in revenues," FDS Director said hopefully.
