Management Board Meeting Minute about the establishment of FPT Public Development Fund

The Management Board of the Corporation for Financing and Promoting Technology – FPT cordially announces:

On June 24^th 2008, The Management Board of the Corporation for Financing and Promoting Technology – FPT convened and ratified the following items:

Agenda Item No. 1: Approve to be the founder of FPT Public Development Fund with equity capital of 150,000 USD (One hundred and fifty thousand dollars). Method of joining captial as follows:

- First equity capital joined right after FPT Public Development Fund has Establishment License is 50,000 USD (Fifty thousand dollars).

- The remaining capital is committed to join in the follwing 3 years.

Agenda Item No. 2: Approve to appoint Mr. Truong Gia Binh – Chairman of the Management Board and General Director of FPT to the representative of FPT establishing FPT Public Development Fund

Agenda Item No. 3: The Corporation for Financing and Promoting Technology – FPT approves to FPT Public Development Fund setting its headquarter at FPT Building, Pham Hung St., Cau Giay Dist., Hanoi.
