Agenda Item No. 1 : Ratified the Amended Regulations of FPT Information System, a subsidiary of the Corporation for the Financing and Promoting of Technology.

Agenda Item No. 2 : Approved the establishment of one-member Limited Companies under FPT Information System as follows:

1. Establish FPT Information System Services Limited Company.

2. Establish FPT ERP Services Limited Company.

3. Establish FPT Telecommunications Information System and Government Limited Company
