Meet students celebrating Tet far from home in Ho Chi Minh City
To enjoy the Tet lunar new year holiday with students unable to be with their families, FPT’s Labour Union in Ho Chi Minh City joined with the HCMC Student Assistance Center to organize a get together with 100 rural students.

The get together was held on January 26 at the HCMC Student Cultural House. Representatives from the Youth Federation, the FPT Corporate Communications, the FPT Elead Computer Center and the FPT Telecom Company were also in attendance.
The students sang songs, told funny stories and shared with each other the disappointment of not being with their family at this important time of year. One hundred gifts were handed out, but for the students the greatest gift was the warm encouragement from FPT.
The get together was part of FPT’s social activities, aimed at helping to improve quality of life within the community.
