More than 19.8 million FPT shares to be listed on HOSE

These shares were issued as the result of equity swapping between FPT Corporation and its three subsidies including FPT Information System (FPT IS), FPT Trading Group and FPT Software.

The listing is validated on September 29 with the total listed value up to VND 198,305,490,000

Before the organizational structure took place, FPT’s ownership proportion in FPT IS, FPT Software and FPT Trading are 92.26%, 66.07% and 91.79% respectively. By swapping their shares, FPT bought stakes from the rest shareholders to be the whole owner of these three companies.

The ownership transition has been done by FPT’s issuing 19,830,986 additional shares, 4,252,372 of which are in exchanged for 3,485,551 FPT IS shares at the swapping ratio of 1:1.22; 12,794,014 for 12,794,014 FPT Software shares at 1:1 and 2,784,600 for 3,060,000 FPT Trading share at 1:0.91.

After being restructured, these subsidiaries expect to grow 11.2% in net profit this year.
