Mrs. Chu Thanh Ha resigns as Deputy General Director of FPT Corp
FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh has just signed a decision to dismiss Ms. Chu Thanh Ha from Deputy General Director of FPT in order that she focuses on managing FPT Telecom with the role as Chairman.

She took on Deputy General Director of FPT Corp on 25 March 2011, becoming the only female Deputy General Director over the past 27 years.
Before becoming Deputy General Director, Mrs. Ha is one of founders of FPT Telecom. Under her leadership, FPT Telecom comes second in broadband Internet market share, Vietnam’s 2014 White Book on Information and Communication Technologies. FPT Telecom’s infrastructure covers 59 out of 63 provinces and cities. The company also promot es global activities in the Southeast Asia. This unit makes the most significant contribution to the profit of the Corp.
In 2015, FPT Telecom will continuously promote some development strategies such as optical fiber campaign, TV services to create an important foundation for growth in the coming years.
Also according to the decision by FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh, the former CEO of Bao Viet Mr. Hoang Viet Ha was appointed as COO from 01 April 2015.
Hoang Viet Ha was born in 1974, got a PhD in Business Administration in Australia. Before joining FPT, he was the CEO of Bao Vietnam (since 2011); Deputy Chairman of HIPT (2012-2016). In addition, he is also Vice Chairman of Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD) under Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
Newly-appointed COO of FPT ever studied and taught at the National University and National Economics University. He has supplied concrete guidance in content of Finance - Insurance magazine since 2011.
With some key personnel adjustments, FPT Board of Management consists of CEO Bui Quang Ngoc, three Deputy General Directors including Nguyen The Phuong, Duong Dung Trieu and Nguyen Khac Thanh. Two directors are CTO Nguyen Lam Phuong and COO Hoang Viet Ha.
