Press release: FPT IS becomes Oracle’s service partner

On September 27, 2012, FPT Information System (FPT IS) officially became Oracle’s service partner to provide installation, warranty and maintenance services for its hardware in Vietnamese market. This is a significant progress in the partnership between the two companies.

In the past, Oracle’s clients had to make direct contact with the company for hardware installation, warranty and maintenance services. However, they are necessary to possess a basic technical skill set to describe exactly what they want, causing them a lot of troubles.

FPT IS to provide Oracle’s end-to-end hardware services will help the customers to save time and effort. All they have to do is to dial the 24/7 hotline number by FPT IS for any troubleshooting. The company will then assign its technicians to provide onsite support. These technicians are certified by Oracle to master necessary skills and techniques to provide the best support for customers.

The clients are also benefited from two stocks of available spare parts for immediate replacement and troubleshooting of hardware problems in a short period of time.
