Resolution of FPT Corporation Board of Directors, 30 October 2010

Dear shareholders,

We respectfully inform you that on 30 October 2010 the FPT Board of Directors met and approved resolutions on the following matters:

Article 1: Buying a 44% stake of the charter capital of EVN Telecom Corporation.

Article 2: Assigning the Chairman of FPT Corporation to preside over and make the final decision on negotiating and signing a detailed acquisition contract to sustain FPT’s long-standing interests and maximize the strength and contribution of its major shareholders to EVN Telecom in accordance with the agreement reached among stakeholders.

Article 3: Issuing corporate bonds with the total par value of no more than VND 2 trillion.

Article 4: Assigning the Chairman of FPT Corporation to make detailed decisions on the issuance of the above-mentioned bonds.
