Right understanding, right decision making

The event was attended by leaders of FPT Corporation, FPT Software and the Management Board of FPT University and more than 800 students and their parents.

“Right understanding, right decision making” is an opportunity for parents and students to access necessary information before making any decisions related to enrollment as well as providing them a more comprehensive view on the training model, education environment and future career at FPT corporation in particular and in IT industry in general.

Although the event had been announced to start at 8:30, a large number of parents and students arrived very early.

“My family want to know more about the university as well as its training curriculum so that we can be more sure about deciding to let our child study in this university” said a parent from Thai Nguyen province.

Visitors were taken around to see the facilities, classrooms, service departments and were introduced with highlighted activities before the conference took place.

In spite of the H1H1 pandemic, the meeting hall was quickly packed. The organizers had to make a live show in the lobby when there were no seats left.

Visitors were impressed by the introduction presentation about FPT Corporation and felt excited about the slide show made by FU students.

The potential development of the IT industry in the world, the importance of IT in Vietnam and especially the training curriculum of FPT University were presented in detail during the conference.

Q&A attracted the most attention of parents and students. Topics for discussion focused on the training curriculum, fees, scholarships, financial support programs and career opportunities after graduation.

A similar conference is expected to take place on August 30^th to provide information to a larger number of students who are interested in the university.
