Running a charity for Ben Tre province

During the charity trip to Ben Tre province on September 8, the volunteer group “Khoa and Friends” will give 150 gifts to the solitary elderly people and students at People's Committee of My Hoa Commune in Ba Tri district.

The children in Ba Tri district living a difficult life under poverty.

Preparing for this charity trip, the group went on an advance party travel to explore daily life of the residents.

According to the team leader Mr. Nguyen Vo Dang Khoa working for FPT Trading in Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Tri is home to the poor laborers who cannot afford their own living expenses despites hard working all year long.

Following the volunteer program in July 2013, the Khoa and Friends Group will continue to start its charity journey to My Hoa Commune in Ba Tri District, Ben Tre Province. Under the motto "Sharing Together", the group is expected to visit and gift the solitary elderly people and needy students in elementary and secondary schools.

The team “Khoa and friends” was founded on July 25, 2010 to help poor and homeless children and old people. Currently, the team has more than 200 members mainly in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Can Tho.
