Selecting students for the “FPT Young Leader” 2007 program
Setting up the sale plan of USD 1 billion in 2007, FPT extends a warm welcome to all university students and invites them to register for FPT’s “Intern Student” and “FPT Young Leader” programs.

During the 20 years since its establishment and development, FPT has regarded human resources as the primary source of creativity and encouraged the promotion of an individual’s capability. This is the key to our success. The message we send is “be confident to explore yourself”.
To discover, foster and train students with leadership potential in management, FPT invites students to enroll in the “Young FPT Leader” program, which helps them to “learn about themselves” and improve their management skills.
In 2006 the “FPT Young Leader” program was held successfully, selecting nine excellent students after four competitions. The nine students will experience various positions in challenging managerial posts.
Twenty young leaders are to be chosen in 2007. They will be trained in management courses for Manager Level 3 and be appointed to demanding managerial posts in 2008.
Upon entering the “Intern Student” and the “FPT Young Leader” programs, students will be equipped with study and practical methods, including knowledge of management specialization, management and leadership skills, and practical experience under the guidance of senior FPT managers.
They will also have the chance to join in the company’s other activities, such as football, shuttlecock, badminton, table tennis, swimming, dancing, and arts.
Requirements
Ø Third or fourth year students in Economics, Finance-Accounting, Foreign Trade, or Foreign Languages, or fourth or fifth year students in Information Technology, Electronic Telecommunications or relevant majors in other universities.
Ø Students with good study results (average marks of above 6.5) and who enthusiastically contribute to the Youth Union and Associations’ activities.
Ø Students with leadership potential, vision and decisiveness.
Ø Students with confidence, effective communication skills, activeness and creativity.
