Soccer and Securities – all in one

The website is a virtual securities trading market. 16 teams participating in Euro 2008 are listed in much the same way companies are listed on the stock market, with trading code and differing values (depending on each team’s capabilities and potentials). Traders may choose to invest in one or multiple teams, and may conduct trading throughout Euro 2008.

The winning trader will be the trader with the most “profit” at the end of Euro 2008. Traders also have the chance to win many prizes during their trading sessions.

The website incorporates many user-interactive features such as SMS reminder before the game, SMS news bulletin, SMS online assistance, e-bulletin, transaction confirmation emails… Other online support features are also available such as through messenger, websites or by phone… Information and images about Euro 2008 will also be updated daily on the website.

To participate, virtual traders may register an account at www.typhubongda.vn. Registration fee is VND 10,000 or approximately 15 transactions. All transactions have similar fees.

According to estimates by Nguyễn Trí Nhân, Head of Euro 2008 Team, this online interactive feature will attract about 50,000 traders during this year’s Euro season.
