State Securities Commission Grants FPTS Securities Underwriting Capabilities
May 9th, 2008 Mr. Nguyễn Đoan Hùng – Vice Chairman of the State Securities Commission signed Decision No. 127/UBCK-GP allowing FPTS for provision of Securities Underwriting.

As per the new Decision, beside traditional services provision such as: securities brokerage, securities trading, securities investment advisory and securities custody... FPTS may now engage in the provision of Securities Underwriting.
This Decision takes effect upon signing on May 9th, 2008 , replacing Registered Capital Change Permit No. 90/UBCK-GPĐCCTCK, and is an integral part of its operating License No. 59/UBCK-GPHĐKD by the Chairman of the State Securities Commission on July 13th, 2007 .
