At the ceremony, Mr. Le Quoc Huu, Vice CEO of FPT-IS FSE, represented FPT-IS to present about the process of deploying the project and its results.
The model of this software had been successfully deployed in units at four levels: 18 precinct people’s committees in Hoan Kiem District, Hoan Kiem District People’s Committee, Hanoi Service of Justice and Justice Administration Department – Ministry of Justice.
Justice administration officers had had very good assessments about the convenience that the software of managing households and nationalities brought about in reducing workload of justice administration officers, creating a smooth information channel.
However, during the deployment process, there were still many difficulties in terms of software users and there were not enough facilities to use the software. Mr. Hoang The Lien, Deputy Minister of Justice, wished that FPT-IS would continue to support and consult so that Ministry of Justice was able to build a standard software system to manage households and nationalities, operate the model system deployed in Hanoi and assure the possibility of developing it nationwide.
The household and nationality management software was developed on the basis of the FPT.QLHT software (the software winning the Communication-IT Copper Cup during the 15th IT Week 2006) and was improved based on the survey requirements of units deploying the model in Hanoi, and additionally, a central-level household management software was also built.
