The first Mobile – Web 2.0 Day in Hochiminh City

The gathering offered experts in mobile technology, IT, communications and other related areas the opportunity to share their views about the best international practices, latest mobile trends over the world and in Vietnam; talk about new demands, and outlook for future interaction between mobile phones, the internet, entertainment and commerce; and pave the way for local and foreign companies to further involve themselves in international initiatives. Mr. Phan Thanh Gian, Head of FPT 2.0 Mobile Value-added Services gave a presentation about value-added services available on cell phones, such as games, applications, messages, ring tones, wallpapers… and current preferences.

Mr. Gian said: “FPT’s strategy is aimed at E-citizens, providing them with the most suitable products and services.
