The starting ceremony for the construction of FPT Da Nang Building in Period 1
After the construction of the building foundation, on April 4, 2009, the starting ceremony for the construction of FPT Da Nang Building (Period 1) in Massda Industrial Zone was held at the head office of FPT Software Company, 5th floor– Vinh Trung Plaza, Da Nang.

FPT Building in Da Nang is a complex of 3 buildings: a 19-floor building between two 5-floor buildings. As planned, in Period 1, one 5-floor building and other extra work will be constructed. In Period 2, the 19-floor building and the other 5-floor building will be built.
The construction of the Building was started last year, and so far the foundation has been completed. The total area of the whole Building is 28 750 m2, among which the construction area in Period 1 is 18 336 m2 and 10 414m2 in Period 2.
The starting ceremony of Period 1 was attended by the investor - FPT Da Nang Software Company, the general contractor - FPT Real Estate Company and the contractor - Long Viet – Lovico.
At the ceremony, the representatives of FPT Real Estate Company and the contractor Lovico signed an agreement on the quality and the progress of handing over the building during Period 1.
According to the agreement, FPT Da Nang Building in Period 1 will be constructed within 5 months, from April to September 2009.
As scheduled, the inauguration ceremony of the Building in Period 1 will be held on the same day FPT was founded – September 13, 2009.
