TienPhongBank got recognized for its ISO 9001:2000

Hanoi , December 29, 2008 - TienPhongBank has been officially granted the ISO 9001:2000 quality control certificate by Bureau Veritas. The representative from the State Bank of Vietnam was present at the ceremony.

Recognition of ISO 9001:2000 has marked an important milestone for TienPhongBank after more than a half year of operation. TienPhongBank is the first bank in Vietnam to operate in accordance with these ISO standards at the beginning, and among the few banks who’s operating in accordance with the ISO standards at all levels, from the central to branches.

ISO 9001:2000 enables TienPhongBank to develop a precise and logical database while helping it to standard all the processes of documentation, banking practices and forms all of which are classified into 3 security levels.

By operating under ISO standards, the bank will provide its clients with more convenient and secure products and services.
