TienPhongBank acts as the leader of a syndicate of banks as well as the secured asset agency. This is a jointly financing contract, so apart from the 37-billion-VND loan provided by TienPhongBank, which accounts for 64.92%, the rest 20-billion-VND loan from the Saigon Branch of DaiDuongBank accounts for 35.08%.

The loans will be used by Dong A Corporation to build Dong A Food Plant, including importing totally new equipment from the countries with leading confectionery industries such as Korea and EU.

These loans will also be used to construct the plant, buy transport vehicles and cover relating expenses.

Dong A Food Plant will be built in a 17399.6- m² area in Trảng Bàng Industrial Zone, An Tịnh Commune, Tây Ninh Province.

Dong A Corporation

The investor of Dong A Food Plant is Dong A Corporation – a corporation with 100% domestic capital, which specializes in producing confectioneries, processed food and cooking oil, with the head office in Trảng Bàng Industrial Zone, Tây Ninh Province.

The plant has been scheduled to be constructed in two succeeding periods.

Period 1: Build the plant and install 01 cream soft cake production line with the capacity of 600 kg/hour.

Period 2: Install 01 stick biscuit production line with the capacity of 300 kg/hour.

The construction of Dong A Food Plant is to answer the needs for cakes in Hồ Chí Minh City and Southern provinces as well as to export to other potential markets in the region.
