Tienphongbank represented in Hai Phong

This is the latest branch to be opened by TienPhongBank in the third quarter of 2009 after the one in Can Tho city last June. It is expected that another branch shall be set up in Da Nang this September.

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the People’s Committee of Hai Phong, the State Bank branch in Hai Phong, as well as local enterprises and press and media in Hai Phong.

“With the Hai Phong branch opened, we are able to offer the people and enterprises of the city of Hai Phong modern products and services to bring customers a simple but effective financial life that helps them to save time and cost. Hopefully, with a thorough understanding of the customer demands in a large and potential market like Hai Phong, the branch will prove its efficiency.”, said Dao Trong Khanh, General Director of TienPhongBank, in the opening speech.

During the opening month of the branch, from August 6^th to 8^th, customers who come for savings or lending, shall be granted an amount of 0.2% of the interest rate per year. Additionally, hundreds of valuable gifts are also given to customers during this period of time.

TienPhongBank is one of the first banks in Vietnam to employ state-of-the-art electronic banking services- eBank including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, e-saving and e-card, facilitating convenient, simple and effective transactions for customers.
