To Shareholders, Investors of FPT Corporation,

After 20 years of development, FPT Corporation has moved to a new stage, becoming a leading organization in technology with new strategies. In an era where conditions of economy and technology have changed, FPT defines its strategies in globalization and promoting software development and software services. Therefore, appointing new outstanding members in the leading team for FPT Corporation is essential.

On December 18^th 2008, the Board of Management of FPT Corporation convened and ratified appointing Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam as General Director of FPT Corporation. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam will officially undertake this position from April 13^th 2009.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam is one of founders of FPT and has undertaken various positions in the corporation. He is now a member of the Management Board of FPT and also the Chairman of the Management Board of FPT Software Joint Stock Company. He has many years of experience in software outsourcing, globalization and promoting software and software services. He has succeeded in leading FPT Software Joint Stock Company from 17 employees in 1999 to 2,700 employees today with an average growth rate of 70% from 2002 to 2007.

Appointing new General Director of FPT Corporation shows its strong commitment to shareholders and investors in focusing on globalization, promoting software and software services as well as continuing the sustainable strategy of the corporation.

I still act as the Chairman of the Management Board of FPT and will devote my time to determining strategic plans for FPT Corporation as well as fostering staff of high level for FPT.
