FPT participated in Vietnam Labor Forum 2026, discussing electronic labor contracts and introducing its electronic contract solution.
The implementation of electronic labor contracts under the new regulations received particular attention from businesses, as it involves both legal compliance requirements and direct impacts on operational efficiency and employee experience.
Vietnam Labor Forum 2026, organized by VNHR—the Vietnam Human Resources Community with more than 1,200 members from over 600 enterprises—was held in Ho Chi Minh City and brought together more than 500 business leaders, HR professionals, legal experts, and technology specialists nationwide. Under the theme "Labor Data Management in the Age of AI," the event focused on issues of high interest to the business community, including labor law updates, AI applications in HR management, labor data security, and digital transformation in workforce management.
During the specialized panel discussion, "Electronic Labor Contracts: Optimization or Risk?", technology experts, legal professionals, and HR leaders discussed key concerns businesses face when implementing electronic labor contracts, ranging from legal validity in digital transactions to identity verification, data security, and electronic evidence management.
According to the speakers, Decree 337/2025/ND-CP establishes a clearer legal framework for electronic labor contracts. While recognizing the legal validity of electronic contracts, the decree also introduces requirements related to identification, authentication, storage, and protection of labor data. As a result, many organizations are seeking solutions that ensure compliance while maintaining operational efficiency and employee convenience.

The discussion session focused on clarifying new regulations related to electronic labor contracts.
Mr. Nguyen Ta Anh, Deputy Director of the Enterprise Digital Solutions Center at FPT IS, FPT Corporation, emphasized that electronic labor contracts are not only a tool for complying with new legal requirements but also a foundation for digital enterprise management. Digitizing the entire contract lifecycle—from creation and signing to storage and retrieval—helps organizations improve operational efficiency, significantly reduce manual workloads, and strengthen workforce data management and utilization capabilities.
Drawing from implementation experience across manufacturing, retail, logistics, services, and financial services sectors, FPT has observed growing interest among large employers in transitioning from paper-based records to digital workforce management. The goals are to optimize costs, enhance employee experience, and improve transparency in operations.

Mr. Nguyen Ta Anh shared practical implementation experiences of electronic labor contracts in businesses today.
Alongside the opportunities offered by electronic labor contracts, panelists also highlighted concerns businesses face when adopting the new framework under Decree 337/2025/ND-CP. According to lawyer Duong Tieng Thu, electronic labor contracts must satisfy requirements related to digital signatures, timestamping, and data message certification to ensure legal validity. Meanwhile, Ms. Pham Thi Bich Thuy, HR Director of VINASOY, noted that the greatest challenges currently lie in understanding new regulations, technology investment, implementation costs, and changing employee habits.
The experts agreed that organizations should establish transition roadmaps tailored to their operational characteristics and workforce structures while selecting solutions that are compliant, easy to deploy, and capable of integrating with existing systems.
Addressing concerns about technology adoption among frontline and blue-collar workers in manufacturing, retail, and service industries, Mr. Nguyen Ta Anh explained that modern electronic signing solutions have been significantly simplified. Based on implementation experience across retail chains and manufacturing facilities, employees of varying educational and technical backgrounds can quickly become familiar with electronic signing processes after a short period of guidance and hands-on experience.
In addition, at the exhibition area, FPT demonstrated the FPT.eContract solution as part of its digital HR ecosystem under the message: "The Next-Generation Electronic Labor Contract Platform – Fully Compliant with Decree 337/2025/ND-CP." Visitors had the opportunity to experience the complete end-to-end electronic labor contract process in a digital environment.

Employees can receive, review, and sign contracts remotely from mobile devices without requiring face-to-face meetings.
The solution integrates eKYC digital identity verification, biometric authentication, and digital signature issuance within a closed workflow, ensuring both legal compliance and data security. The entire signing process is streamlined, requiring no additional software installation, while supporting integration with HRM, ERP, and SAP systems for workforce data synchronization.
Developed in accordance with the requirements of Decree 337/2025/ND-CP, FPT.eContract complies with standards for identification, authentication, digital signing, storage, and data security.
