In order to offer trainees suitable career opportunities after their completing the courses, FPT Software and FUNiX online education organization cooperated in IT human resource training and recruitment in the long term.
Accordingly, 100% of graduates from FUNiX will be admitted to work at FPT Software in suitable positions. Specifically, those who get the FUNiX Software Engineer certificate will work at FPT Software as an official employee with the same salary as graduates from IT universities in Vietnam. Those with FUNiX Junior Developer certificates will be admitted as apprentices at FPT Software and have the opportunity to become full-time employees when meeting professional standards.
