110 BrSE students going to Japan for training

The launching ceremony of 10,000 BrSE program will continue to be held by FPT Software across the country in early September.

Accordingly, the launching ceremonies in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Hanoi were held on September 1, September 3 and September 4 in turn. The programs were attended by the representatives of FPT Software’s Leadership, Academy Meros, Tien Phong Bank and 110 candidates. 

Out of the 110 students to Japan, there were 29 ones from Ho Chi Minh City, 21 ones from Da Nang and the rest from Hanoi. The students would arrive in Japan in late September to start their study in October. 

Candidates will study in Japan for one year.

Thus, up to date, the Corp has had 266 trainees under the BrSE program. It is expected that this figure will be increased up to 1,000 students by 2016.

The 10,000 BrSE program (from 2014 to 2018) is one of two strategic programs that FPT has been deploying in Japan. It got the support and high appreciation of the government of Japan.

Accordingly, about 5,000 engineers will be trained in the form of oversea study in Japan. The remaining 5,000 people will join Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) Degree program by FPT University and the BrSE training program by FPT Software.

FPT Software will combine with local banks to lend trainees in Japan with tuitions and create the best conditions for them to work here with the minimum wage of USD 2,000 per month. Trainees do not need to prove their financial capability. Also, FPT Software has partnered with Meros Language School in Japan to create a specific training program for them.
