Business highlights in the first half of 2026
FPT introduces the CASAN methodology
FPT officially introduced FPT CASAN, a five-level AI-Native capability framework that enables organizations and enterprises to assess AI maturity, identify capability gaps, and build practical AI transformation roadmaps.
CASAN provides a comprehensive assessment across strategy, data, technology, processes, governance, risk management, and workforce readiness, helping organizations transition from isolated AI experiments to enterprise-wide AI adoption that delivers measurable business value.
Built upon FPT’s existing AI capabilities—including AI infrastructure, technology platforms, domain expertise, and implementation experience—CASAN adds a standardized methodology that enables FPT to assess, advise, and deliver end-to-end AI transformation for customers. The combination of advanced AI capabilities and a structured methodology further strengthens FPT’s position as an end-to-end AI transformation partner while improving the scalability of enterprise AI initiatives.
