FPT Software held a job fair in Tokyo, Japan for 43 trainees of 10,000 BrSE program. Accordingly, at the event, each participant submitted their profile and was interviewed directly by 08 Japanese companies. They were asked about professional skills, Japanese skills and soft skills.
43 students of the first course submitted their profile and were directly interviewed by 08 Japanese companies.
This event aims to give the participants of 10,000 BrSE program more opportunities to seek jobs in Japan right after the course ends. It is expected that this event will be held periodically for all the participants of the program.
“Japan is facing a severe lack of human resources. This is an opportunity for the students 10,000 BrSE program. Do not ask yourselves whether you can work in Japan. You should ask what job in Japan you can do to get the highest income. However, in order to achieve this, you have to create your own advantage with Japanese language”, Chairman of FPT Software Mr. Hoang Nam Tien addressed the event.
43 participants of the first course officially started their study in Japan early April 2015. The course is expected to end in early April 2016.
On October 6, 100 students of the 3rd course joined the opening ceremony and official started their study in Japan.
So far, 256 students of 10,000 BrSE program has studied in Japan. The students of the 1st and 2nd courses have integrated in the life and the program in Japan. Nearly 100% of students have got part time jobs. These jobs help them understand habits of the Japanese and practice Japanese.
The program has been implemented from 2015 to 2020. Accordingly, about 5,000 engineers will be trained in the form of oversea study in Japan. The remaining 5,000 people will join Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) Degree program by FPT University and the BrSE training program by FPT Software.
FPT Software will combine with local banks to lend trainees up to VND 400 million and create the best conditions for them to work here with the minimum wage of USD 2,000 per month (equivalent to VND43 million per month). In 2015, FPT Software has helped more than 300 students enroll in leading Japanese language schools in Japan. Within 1 year, attendants will study Japanese and Japanese for IT to get N2 certificates. In addition, students will get part-time jobs, practice at FPT Japan or FPT’s partners in Japan and attend online IT courses.
